Making the shift towards vegetarianism can seem daunting at first, but it doesn’t have to be. There are many delicious vegetarian recipes available, and most restaurants offer vegetarian options too. An additional benefit of switching to a vegetarian diet is that it is often cheaper than a meat-based diet. Meat is generally more expensive due to the high production costs, whereas vegetables and plant-based proteins are typically cheaper.

The benefits of vegetarianism extend beyond the individual and have an impact on the wider environment. By making a conscious effort to reduce or eliminate meat consumption, we can all contribute to a more sustainable future.
